Built in 1947, Bailey Power Plant spent much of its history as a powering force for surrounding tobacco warehouses. Today, the revitalized plant powers innovation and inspiration through the wide range of businesses and services that call it home. The iconic smokestacks still mark the spot, but the future is much clearer for this beacon of the Innovation Quarter.
